Processing time

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed the same day if ordered before midday Monday through Friday (excluding bank holidays) and the next working day if ordered after midday. You will also receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

We will send you an email if any circumstances may cause any delays.

Delivery charges:

Up to 2kg:

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class (2–3 business days): £3.75

  • Royal Mail 1st Class (1–2 business days): £4.75

  • Evri - £4.80

If a chosen delivery service isn’t available in your area, we’ll arrange the best alternative on your behalf. We’ll always let you know of any changes.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within five days of receiving your delivery confirmation email, please get in touch with us at nrkchews@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the total order amount minus the delivery costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at nrkchews@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case and will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.
